Riverview Rapid Care is always open - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Patients may enter through the Riverview Hospital emergency entrance.

Riverview Rapid Care fees are typically more than fees at a clinic and less than charges at an emergency room. While Riverview Rapid Care is an excellent option when necessary, it is recommended that patients establish a relationship with a personal physician who can learn their health history and follow their care.

For individuals wishing to develop a relationship with a personal physician, Riverview Family Clinic has three locations with specialists in family medicine, internal medicine, and obstetrics/gynecology (OB/GYN). Riverview Family Clinic Wisconsin Rapids is located on the fourth floor of Riverview Hospital’s East Medical Building (715-421-7474), Riverview Family Clinic Nekoosa is at 1015 Angelus Drive in Nekoosa (715-886-2100); and Riverview Family Clinic Lakes is at 1160 Rome Center Drive (just off Highway 13) in the Town of Rome (715-325-8300).
